Northeast Market: In the Arts District
We climb out of the car on a sunny Saturday morning and the Renaissance music from a live band draws us in. Although the market had its share of local farmers distributing fresh produce, Northeast had more of an arts-and-crafts feel than a pure vegetable market. Sweetbreads, honey, textiles, and jewelry made me scamper from booth to booth, always finding something even better than what I had already seen. Absolutely one of my favorite markets in the Twin Cities.
